Environmental Lab Tests:
Lead Paint: $6.00 each          Mold Test: $35.00 each with inspection          Radon: $95.00 each with inspection

• All Inspection Reports are approximately 40 pages in length. 
• All items found to be deficient are pulled to the front of the report into a Summary Section which is typically 5 pages in length.
• All Reports are Computer Generated and contain digital photos of deficient items.
• Reports Are Generally Completed With in 24 hours Following The Conclusion Of The Inspection and then emailed as a PDF attachment.*
• Pay By Cash or Check At Time of Inspection.
