This is why Andy has adopted his "Think Safety First" home inspection methodology as a means to help families consider the important factors which impact the health, safety and well being of their loved ones.

Housing can be expensive. Yet, maintaining one's home can become even more costly. This is why Andy's approach in inspecting your future home consists of a very detailed, conscientious and visual evaluation and consultation of major components of the home including maintenance issues and safety concerns. In fact, every item as forth by The American Society of Home Inspectors will be consciously evaluated for its' safety and for its' effectiveness. Such items include the safe operation of doors and windows to smoke alarms, handrails, and heating and cooling systems. Environmental tests are also offered to help discover traces of harmful molds, gases and leaded paints. Andy prides himself on inspecting your entire home "from the ground up" -- this includes the examination of the landscaping, the exterior grading, siding and roofing, as well as, approximately 350+ items which encompass the home both Inside and Out.

Andy is ICC Code Certified (Once known as CABO & SBCCI) meaning he is certified by the requirements of the International Code Council -- the governing body which establishes the foundation to this area's building codes and inspection practices. Andy is also a candidate for membership into the American Society of Home Inspectors which is this nation's most respected trade organization for home inspectors by Homeowners and Real Estate Agents nationwide. ASHI establishes the highest moral and ethical inspection standards for their candidates and for their members than any other practicing home inspection organization.

Additionally, Andy has built his last two homes in Alpharetta which has afforded him even broader knowledge of home construction codes and building practices. He has acted as Vice President for the Windward Homeowner's Association and he has chaired the Windward Covenant's Committee illustrating his commitment in maintaining both community and residential property values. Inside-Out Homecare has been built upon Andy's extensive 18 year business background in providing products and services to the Home Improvement, Landscape and Contract markets. It is from these careers, and from his own home ownership experiences which give rise to Andy's professional qualifications and realization that a company such as Inside-Out Homecare can benefit all new and existing homeowners
